In Dubai, developers are becoming increasingly generous with fixable payment plans, allowing buyers to pay a certain percentage of the property value during the construction phase and the rest over a period of years after handover.

Due to their flexibility, these payment plans are generally attractive and affordable.

  1. No banks are involved, so there are no interest charges. You pay the developer directly.
  2. You get the keys, move in, and then you start paying the remaining installments later.
  3. After handover, you have the flexibility to pay in monthly, quarterly, or yearly installments.  


The terms of these payment plans are different from a developer to a developer and are determined by their offers, terms, and conditions.
